Returns & Refunds

We want the return process to be straightforward and predictable. Read the sections below before you order so you know exactly where you stand.

1. When a return is accepted

Except where noted otherwise, you can request a return within 30 days of the day your order arrives, as long as it meets every condition below.

To be accepted, the item has to be:

  • Still sealed, unused, and in the packaging it shipped in
  • Carrying an untouched warranty seal
  • Approved by our team before you send anything back

Anything that falls short of these points cannot be taken back.

2. Costs on an approved return

Once we approve a return:

  • Getting the item back to us is paid for by you
  • We hold back a 15% restocking charge from what is refunded
  • Whatever we originally paid to ship the order to you (including on "free shipping" promotions) also comes off the refund
  • Money is only sent back after the item reaches us and passes inspection

We may turn down any request that does not line up with this policy.

3. Arrived damaged or faulty

If your order shows up damaged, or has a genuine manufacturing fault, you may qualify for a replacement or a refund.

To be considered, you need to:

  • Tell us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the item, the box, and the shipping label
  • Keep the warranty seal untouched

Where the claim checks out, we will either send a replacement (stock permitting) or refund you based on the details of the case. Once a warranty seal has been broken or altered, the item no longer qualifies for a refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges

We only exchange items for confirmed manufacturing faults, and only while stock lasts. If we cannot replace the item, we may instead issue store credit of the same value at our discretion.

5. Discounted and promotional orders

Anything bought on discount, during a promotion, or flagged as a sale item is final and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the law requires otherwise or the item turns up damaged or faulty.

6. Processing, dispatch and cancellations

  • Most orders leave within 1 business day
  • When things get busy, dispatch can stretch to 7 business days
  • An order can no longer be cancelled once it has shipped
  • Carrier hold-ups and customs processing times are outside our control

7. Import charges and refused parcels

  • Every duty, tax, and import charge is yours to pay
  • Parcels turned away because those charges went unpaid do not qualify for a refund
  • If an item comes back to us, you cover the return shipping, plus any further cost to send it out again

8. Your agreement

Placing an order means you accept these return and refund terms. If they do not work for you, please do not complete the purchase.

None of this removes any rights you already hold under the consumer laws that apply to you.
