Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your destination and selected shipping method (standard or express). You will see the exact amount before completing your order.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


Handling Time

We typically process orders within 1 business day.
During high-volume periods (such as holiday seasons or product launches), handling may take up to 7 business days.

If there are any unexpected delays in processing, our team will contact you by email.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, we recommend checking with the carrier and your local post office first.
If it has been more than 15 business days since shipping and there is no update, contact us at support@airbackpack.store.

Please note: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you need to make changes and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect or modify delivery addresses.


Pre-Orders or Backorders

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page.
Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis once inventory is available.
