100-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a full-priced item, you have 100 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 100 days of receiving your order.


Return Shipping & Duties

We offer free return shipping for full-priced items. However, the following rules apply:

  • If any duties, taxes, or customs fees are incurred during return shipping, they will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you choose to use your own shipping method (instead of our pre-paid label), we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–7 business days. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • If duties/taxes/shipping costs were incurred during the return process, they will be deducted from the total refund.


Sale Items & Final Sale Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on items purchased on sale or during promotional discounts. These purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as a full-priced item, please reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item or variant, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@airbackpack.store within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@airbackpack.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we'll provide a pre-paid return label.

  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

  4. Refund will be processed after we inspect the returned item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company (may take time before refund posts)

  • Then contact your bank

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse or unusual return patterns, including but not limited to excessive or fraudulent return behavior.
